Reservation Policy

The Inn at Hickory Run, LLC is part of Arrow Professional Properties, LLC. Your credit card charge will indicate the Inn at Hickory Run on your statement. Our billing operations are located in New Jersey. You may contact at 908-693-7494 if you have any billing questions.

Reservations may be placed on-line, by Email or by phone from 8:30am to 10:00pm EST by calling 908-693-7494.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Personal checks are acceptable for deposit only and must be received two weeks prior to your stay.

Check-in time is from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am. Special arrangements may be arranged by special request only.

House Rules

The Inn at Hickory Run is a non-smoking facility with no smoking allowed on any of the grounds. Accommodations are limited to two adults per room. Special accommodations may be arranged by request. Please, no children under 14 years old. We do not accommodate pets.

We have a "leave your shoes at the door" policy to maintain a clean and healthful environment. Guests are encouraged to bring their own soft-soled shoes for wear only inside the Inn.

There is a 50% deposit required when making your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival (Visa, MasterCard or cash only for balance). Deposits less a 10% administrative fee are only refundable with at least a 14 day advanced notice. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice or no show for reservations are subject to a fee equal to one night’s stay.

“My husband and I stayed here for two nights during the fall season. It was an absolutely lovely inn, tucked away in a wooded, quiet setting on the edge of Hickory Run State Park. Our room was clean and lovely, with a fireplace and private bath with whirlpool tub. The breakfasts we were served were delicious and we were treated to hot cider, tea, pastries in the evenings! Fresh pastries, fruit, stuffed french toast, homemade quiche for breakfast..we were spoiled! There were so many little touches that showed that our host cared about our experience. Thank you so much, Dave for a lovely visit!”
